# Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

LeadSpheres makes it simple to **upgrade** or **downgrade** your subscription whenever your business needs change. You can manage everything directly from the **Client Portal** without contacting support.

---

## **1. Accessing Your Subscription Settings**

1. **Login** to your **LeadSpheres Client Portal**.
2. From the left-hand menu, go to the **Billing** tab.
3. Here, you’ll see details about your **current plan**, billing cycle, and available upgrade or downgrade options.

---

## **2. Upgrading Your Plan**

If you need access to **more features**, **higher limits**, or **additional resources**, upgrading is seamless:

1. Go to the **Billing** tab.
2. Select the **new plan** you’d like to upgrade to.
3. A **pro-rated invoice** will be automatically generated based on your current billing cycle.
4. Go to the **Invoices** tab and **pay the upgrade invoice** using any available payment method.
5. Your account will be **instantly upgraded**, and you can start using the new features immediately.

> **Tip:** You can also use your **affiliate balance**, if available, to partially or fully pay the upgrade invoice.

---

## **3. Downgrading Your Plan**

If you no longer need higher-tier resources, you can downgrade to a **smaller plan** — but there’s an important condition:

> **Important:** Your **active resources** (websites, CRM usage, eCommerce stores, blog posts, etc.) **must align with the limits of the downgraded plan**.

For example:

- If your **current plan** allows **5 websites** but the **downgraded plan** allows only **2**, you’ll need to **delete or unpublish 3 websites** before downgrading.
- Similarly, if your CRM **users**, **pipeline limits, storage usage, or product listings** exceed the downgraded plan, you must adjust them accordingly.

**Steps to downgrade:**

1. Go to the **Billing** tab.
2. Select the **lower-tier plan** you’d like to switch to.
3. If your resources comply with the downgraded plan’s limits, an **updated invoice** (if applicable) will be generated.
4. Go to the **Invoices** tab and complete payment (if required).
5. Your account will be updated to the **new plan** immediately.

---
