This guide will walk you through how to use the Lead Finder tool, find verified contact information, sync prospects to your CRM, and automate prospecting workflows.
1. Using the Lead Finder Tool #
The Lead Finder Tool in LeadSpheres allows you to search for highly targeted prospects based on filters such as industry, location on Google Maps
Steps to Use the Lead Finder Tool #
- Log in to LeadSpheres CRM.
- Go to CRM → Prospecting → Lead Finder.
- Choose your search criteria:
- Industry → e.g., IT, real estate, eCommerce, healthcare.
- Location → Country, state, city, or ZIP code.
- Keywords → Narrow down results using custom keywords.
- Click “Find Leads” to start the search.
- LeadSpheres will fetch a list of potential prospects matching your criteria.

How to Enable Google Places API. #
To use this feature, you need to enable Google Places API and get an API Key.
You can add Google API Key to LeadSpheres.
On the Left Side Menu Click on the “Setup”=> Settings . See here: https://leadspheres.com/knowledgebase/google-configuration-features/

Once you have the Google API Key, You need to Enable Google Places API and Google Geocoding API
Step 1: Go to the Google API Console.
Step 2: Click on the “Select Project”

Step 3: Click on the “ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES”
Step 4: Search for “Places API” and “Geocoding API” and Enable them


Note: Google has now made it mandatory to have an active billing account associated with your API key. Click here to enable billing.
That’s it Flexible Lead Search will use the Google API Key to Search Businesses and Sync them to your Lead.
How to Search and Import Businesses #
On the Left Side Menu Click on the “Lead Finder” and Click on New Search

Enter the Keywords and Location and Click on “Search”

Once the Search is completed, You will see the list Search result with option to view the search results, the result contain the list of businesses returned in the search

You can now sync All Businesses to Leads individually or in Bulk
How to Increase the Search Radius #
In the Module Settings, You can increase or reduce the Area of search by modifying the settings

4. Setting Up Prospecting Automations #
Automate your prospecting workflows to nurture leads, follow up automatically, and prioritize hot prospects based on engagement.
Steps to Create Automated Workflows #
- Go to CRM → Automation → Campaigns.
- Click “Create New Campaign.”
- Set up triggers such as:
- “New prospect synced to CRM.”

- “Prospect visited landing page.”
- Define actions like:
- Send a email introducing your services.
- Send SMS follow-ups after 24 hours.
- Assign hot leads to a sales rep automatically.
