LeadSpheres offers a flexible subscription model designed to fit businesses of all sizes. Each plan comes with specific usage limits across different modules — CRM, Sites, Commerce, and Blog — ensuring fair resource allocation and optimized performance for everyone.
This guide explains what usage limits are, how they work, and what happens if you exceed them.
1. Why Usage Limits Exist #
Usage limits are set to:
- Maintain high performance across all accounts.
- Ensure fair resource distribution among users.
- Help businesses choose the right plan for their needs.
You can view your current usage and limits anytime by visiting the Billing tab in your Client Portal.

Depending on your plan, your CRM may have limits on:
- User → Maximum number of users you can add in your account.

- Pipelines → Total number of pipelines you can create.
- Deals → Limit on open deals per pipeline.
- Storage → Total file storage for documents, images, and email attachments.

- Check your plan summary, which displays:
- Allowed resources
- Current usage
- Remaining quota
4. What Happens If You Reach a Limit #
- Soft Limit → You’ll get an alert when you’re close to your limit.
- Hard Limit → Once exceeded, certain features may pause until you upgrade your plan or free up resources.
- Upgrade Option → Go to the Billing tab to instantly upgrade and unlock higher limits.
5. Aligning with Downgraded Plan Limits #
If you decide to downgrade your subscription, your active resources must fit within the downgraded plan’s limits.
For example:
- If the downgraded plan allows only 2 websites but you currently have 5, you’ll need to unpublish or delete 3 before switching.
- Similar rules apply to CRM pipelines, storage usage, products, and blog posts.
6. Summary #
- Usage limits vary by plan across CRM, Sites, Commerce, and Blog.
- Check your current usage anytime in the Billing tab.
- Upgrade if you need more storage, websites, leads, or products.
- Ensure your active resources align before downgrading plans.
