The LeadSpheres Commerce Module provides powerful tools to manage online payments, tax rules, and shipping options for your store. Whether you’re selling physical products, digital downloads, or services, these settings ensure a smooth checkout experience for your customers and seamless order management for you.

1. Setting Up Payment Gateways #

LeadSpheres lets you accept payments from customers worldwide using multiple supported methods. You can choose from a variety of online payment gateways or set up offline payment options.

Steps to Set Up Payment Gateways #

1. Go to Commerce Dashboard → Settings → Payment Gateways.
2. Click Add New Gateway.
3. Select from the list of available gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or other supported providers).
4. Enter the required API credentials provided by your payment gateway.
5. Enable or disable each gateway depending on your preference.
6. Save the settings and test a sample payment before going live.

Tip:
You can also enable offline payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD), or Direct Deposits.

2. Configuring Tax Rules #

Taxes can vary depending on product type, business location, or customer’s region. LeadSpheres allows you to create flexible tax rules that automatically calculate applicable taxes during checkout.

Steps to Configure Tax Rules #

1. Navigate to Commerce Dashboard → Settings → Tax Rules.
2. Click Add New Tax Rule.
3. Define the following:
   • Tax Name → e.g., VAT, GST, or Sales Tax
   • Tax Rate (%) → Set a percentage or fixed amount
   • Applicable Regions → Apply taxes to specific countries, states, or cities
   • Product/Service Specific Taxes → Assign different tax rates to different categories if needed
4. Save and enable your tax rule.

Pro Tip:
If your store caters to multiple regions, create region-specific tax rules for accuracy and compliance.

3. Setting Up Shipping Zones & Rates #

When selling physical products, shipping management is critical for providing a seamless buying experience. LeadSpheres lets you define shipping zones and configure different shipping methods for each region.

Steps to Configure Shipping Settings #

1. Go to Commerce Dashboard → Settings → Shipping.
2. Click Add Shipping Zone.
3. Define the zone name (e.g., Local, Domestic, International).
4. Select the countries, states, or postal codes included in that zone.
5. Set shipping rates for the selected zone:
   • Flat-Rate Shipping → A fixed charge per order
   • Free Shipping → Encourage conversions with free delivery
   • Weight-Based Shipping → Costs calculated based on product weight
   • Location-Based Shipping → Rates vary by customer location
6. Save your settings and test them at checkout.

Tip:
Combine free shipping with discount coupons to increase cart value and drive more sales.
