Creating Blog Posts

The Blog Module in LeadSpheres makes it easy to create, publish, and manage blog posts directly from your dashboard. This guide walks you through each step of creating an engaging, SEO-friendly blog post.


1. Accessing the Blog Module #

  1. Log in to your LeadSpheres Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Sites > Blog.
  3. Click “Create New Post” to start adding your first article.

2. Adding Basic Post Details #

When creating a new blog post, you’ll need to fill in the basic information:

  • Post Title → Enter a clear, SEO-friendly headline.
  • Slug (URL) → Automatically generated from the title but can be customized.
  • Category → Assign the post to a relevant category for better organization.
  • Tags → Add relevant tags to improve searchability and content grouping.

3. Writing & Formatting Content #

LeadSpheres provides a rich text editor for crafting and styling your content:

  • Headings & Subheadings → Use H2 and H3 tags to structure your article.
  • Text Formatting → Apply bold, italic, underline, or bullet points for better readability.
  • Images & Media → Insert featured images, inline photos, videos, and other media to enhance engagement.
  • Links → Add internal links to your site pages or external resources for SEO and better navigation.

4. Adding SEO-Optimized Content #

To improve visibility on search engines, ensure your blog post is SEO-friendly:

  • Include your target keywords naturally in titles, headings, and content.
  • Write compelling introductions and actionable conclusions.
  • Keep paragraphs short and scannable for better user experience.
  • Use descriptive headings that clearly explain each section.

5. Adding Featured Images & Media #

A well-chosen image makes your blog more appealing:

  • Featured Image → Appears on the blog listing page and inside the post.
  • Inline Media → Embed images, GIFs, videos, or infographics within the article.
  • File Attachments → Upload downloadable PDFs or guides if relevant.

6. Configuring Advanced Options #

Under the Advanced Settings tab, you can:

  • Enable or disable comments on the post.
  • Set the publish date for scheduling posts.
  • Toggle post visibility — choose between Public, Private, or Draft modes.

7. Publishing Your Blog Post #

  1. Once your content is ready, click Publish.
  2. If you want to review it later, choose Save as Draft instead.
  3. After publishing, your post will be live on your website’s blog page.

8. Managing Existing Blog Posts #

From the Blog Module Dashboard, you can:

  • Edit Posts → Update content, images, or SEO settings anytime.
  • Unpublish Posts → Temporarily remove a blog from your site.
  • Delete Posts → Permanently remove content you no longer need.
